Operator and agreement

This website and the services described on it are operated by Nelson Dario Samaniego, who works publicly under the name Nelson Dario. By submitting a form, booking a call, or booking a session, you acknowledge the boundaries and practical terms described on this page.

Adults only and accurate information

Sessions are currently offered only to adults aged 18 and older. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for updating Nelson if practical or safety information changes before the session.

Nature of the work

Sessions are educational, reflective, and spiritually exploratory. They are offered for personal insight, subconscious exploration, inner work, reflection, and integration. The process is client-led and intended to support self-understanding, discernment, and personal responsibility.

Group experiences, talks, and public resources

Group guided-hypnosis experiences, talks, workshops, videos, articles, newsletters, ebooks, and public guides are educational and general. They do not provide individualized medical or mental-health care, private intake, diagnosis, crisis support, or a guaranteed result, and viewing or receiving them does not create a practitioner-client relationship.

Group participation is voluntary. Event-specific eligibility, privacy expectations, practical safeguards, payment terms, and participation acknowledgements may apply. Unless a specific event clearly states otherwise, participants are not required to disclose their inner experience and may pause or opt out. Any event recording, identifiable story, image, testimonial, or publicity permission must be requested separately.

Free intro call

The introductory call is free. It is a practical conversation about your goals, questions, expectations, preferred format, and whether the work appears to be a suitable fit. No hypnosis takes place and no payment is required for this call. There is no obligation or pressure to book; either you or Nelson may decide not to continue.

Not medical, psychological, or crisis care

This work does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. It is not a substitute for professional health care, mental-health care, prescribed medication, or urgent support.

Suitability, consent, and the right to pause or end

Completion of the introductory form and, before a full session, the full intake process is required. Nelson may ask you to consult a licensed health-care professional before proceeding when a circumstance appears outside the scope of this service or requires additional support.

Nelson may postpone, decline, pause, or end a call or session when the work appears outside scope, informed consent is not present, essential information is unavailable, technology or privacy is inadequate, or the situation or environment appears unsafe or unsuitable. You remain aware and involved and may decline a direction, pause, redirect, or end any part of the experience.

No guaranteed outcomes and client responsibility

No specific experience, interpretation, outcome, or result is promised or guaranteed. You remain responsible for evaluating what arises and for your own choices, decisions, preparation, and integration before, during, and after sessions.

Respectful conduct

Communication and sessions must remain respectful and free from harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, or unsafe behaviour. Nelson may end an interaction or session when respectful and safe conditions are not maintained.

Intoxication and medication

Do not attend a call or session while under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, psychedelics, or recreational drugs. Do not stop, reduce, or change prescribed medication for a session unless directed by the qualified health-care professional responsible for that medication. A session may be postponed or ended if intoxication or another safety concern is present.

When to seek other support

This service is not monitored or equipped for emergencies or acute crises. If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or need medical or mental-health care, contact local emergency services, a crisis service, or a qualified professional in your area.

In-person arrangements

In-person sessions depend on Nelson’s location and travel plans. Before booking, both parties confirm the location, a suitable private indoor space, practical access, availability and the written total, including any agreed travel or venue cost. Participation remains voluntary and the same scope, suitability and consent boundaries apply. A change of location or format requires a new written agreement before proceeding.

Online-session safety

For an online session, you may be asked to provide your current physical location, a phone number, and an emergency contact for session safety. This information does not turn the service into emergency monitoring or crisis care. You are responsible for joining from a quiet, private, safely accessible indoor space where you can remain without interruption.

Fees and written arrangements

Session fees are discussed individually during our introductory conversation and confirmed in writing before you decide to book. There is no obligation to continue.

  • The proposed fee is discussed before detailed intake. Mutual fit, intake review, and agreement acceptance are required before payment.
  • Before you decide to book, the written arrangement confirms the service, inclusions, total, currency, deposit if applicable, balance deadline, accepted payment method, and cancellation and rescheduling terms.
  • Any deposit is applied to the agreed total. Pay only the amount and currency shown in your accepted arrangement, using the private instructions supplied for you.
  • A complimentary arrangement is confirmed explicitly in writing, with no session fee, deposit, balance, or obligation to provide a testimonial or recording consent.

Sessions are private-pay and are not presented as an insured medical, psychological, or psychiatric service. Check any possible reimbursement with your insurer before booking. Private payment methods are Interac e-Transfer or PayPal, as individually confirmed.

Requested, held, and confirmed dates

  • Requested: you have asked about or selected a possible time, but it is not yet reserved or confirmed.
  • Held: Nelson has confirmed a temporary hold in writing. The conditions and any expiry of that hold are stated in the same message.
  • Confirmed: the current agreement is accepted, the agreed payment requirement or complimentary authorization is verified, the booking and Google Calendar event match, and Nelson has sent written confirmation.

Do not rely on a proposed time for travel, caregiving, work, or other arrangements until Nelson confirms the session in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, any deposit refundability, and the handling of payments are stated in your written arrangement before you accept or pay. Ask for clarification before booking. Existing accepted agreements continue to govern their original bookings unless a change is mutually agreed in writing.

Cancellation by Nelson

If Nelson needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered a new date. If a suitable replacement date cannot be agreed, payments made for that session will be refunded.

Technology and environment interruptions

For an online session, keep your phone nearby but silenced. If Google Meet disconnects and the call cannot reconnect promptly, Use the reconnection method you and Nelson agreed privately before the session. Pause the exercise, open your eyes, orient to the room and sit up when safe; do not continue without contact. If technology, loss of privacy, household interruption, or another environmental issue prevents the session from continuing safely, the session may pause or end. The time already completed and the remaining needs will be considered when discussing whether to resume later or reschedule.

Lateness

If you expect to be late, contact Nelson as soon as possible. A late arrival may reduce the available session time or require rescheduling when the full session can no longer be completed appropriately.

Session recordings

Optional audio availability is confirmed individually for online and in-person sessions after the recording and secure-delivery process has been verified. Introductory calls are never recorded. Recording requires a separate written choice and verbal reconfirmation immediately before capture. Declining does not affect service access, and the client may withdraw consent before or during recording. No video or transcript is created.

Nelson uploads the audio to a client-specific restricted Google Drive file, verifies the upload, deletes the local working copy and sends access only to the client's confirmed email. The client may download and keep their own copy. Nelson permanently deletes his Drive copy 30 days after delivery, or earlier after withdrawal or an approved early-deletion request. Technical failure remains possible and does not change the client's control over the session.

Confidentiality and privacy

Information you share is handled with care and as described in the Privacy Policy. Confidentiality has limits where disclosure is required by law, is needed to respond to an immediate and serious risk of harm, or is authorized by you. Forms, scheduling, video calls, calendar invitations, payment, email, and optional messaging channels rely on third-party services and are also subject to those providers' privacy terms.

Memories, imagery, and spiritual frameworks

Hypnosis can bring forward vivid images, sensations, stories, and apparent memories. An experience may be literal, symbolic, imaginative, uncertain, mixed, or personally meaningful. It should not be treated as verified historical fact or proof that an event occurred. Session material should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, relationship, or major life decisions.

Some people describe the inner perspective they encounter as the subconscious, Higher Self, Source, or higher consciousness. These terms are used as personal or spiritual frameworks, not as proof of an external source or infallible authority. No interpretation, method, person, substance, or perceived spiritual presence is automatically authoritative. You remain responsible for evaluating session material and for your own decisions.

References to mind, body, emotions, energy, oneness, inner wisdom, the Divine, Source, or God describe optional holistic or spiritual perspectives. They are not scientific or historical proof, a required belief, or a promise of healing or transformation.

Written materials and intellectual property

Website copy, preparation guides, integration materials, worksheets, and other written resources provided by Nelson are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. They may not be republished, sold, or distributed as your own without prior written permission.

Testimonials and public sharing

Submitting feedback does not by itself authorize public use. Nelson will not publish your name, image, recording, story, or identifiable testimonial without separate, explicit permission for that specific use.

Communication after a session

Post-session communication is limited to practical follow-up and reflective integration within the scope of this service and Nelson's availability. Email and any optional messaging channel are not continuous care, therapy, crisis monitoring, or emergency support. If difficult material becomes overwhelming or urgent, contact an appropriate qualified professional or local emergency or crisis service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, booking journey, providers, or practice policies change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page will be revised when a material change is published.
